Your Second Visit to Our Overland Park Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings. Treatment goals and options are thoroughly explained and you will begin treatment. Having an unparalleled multidisciplinary approach unique to our practice, we have the abiltiy to coordinate and integrate many different treatment modalities within different specialities to have the best outcomes all in one conveinent location.

This is usually attended to on your second visit, which may be later the same day or the following day. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit
  • Gives us time to correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

In certain situations, and in the professional judgment of the Doctor, we sometimes make exceptions. It just depends on your unique situation.

Dr. Anderson Asks some important questions of interest to Overland Park residents - Chiropractor Overland Park Dr. Anderson Asks...

How come medical doctors don't recommend chiropractic?
That's changing. Years of prejudice and bias are giving way to research showing the benefits of chiropractic care. As more and more Overland Park folks seek alternatives to drugs and surgery, more and more medical practitioners are referring their patients to chiropractors.
What are the two things drugs do?
Drugs can either speed up (laxatives, amphetamines, caffeine) a bodily process, or slow down (stomach antacids, sleep aids, antihistamines, muscle relaxers) a bodily process. Chiropractic care can produce the same results, but relies on the intelligence of the body. Chiropractors trust your body. Do you?
